Registrations
Your registration for the workshop is confirmed once the full payment has been made within 15 days of your application. After this period, your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation by Participant
Any cancellation must be reported to us immediately (by post or email).
Refund Policy

For cancellations made up to one month before the start of the workshop: Maison Autrique reserves the right to retain 25% of the amount (administrative fees).

For cancellations made within 15 days before the workshop: no refund will be given unless we find another participant. In this case, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

Early departure from the workshop does not entitle you to any refund.
Cancellation by Maison Autrique
If, at the latest, on the registration closing date (30 days before the start of a workshop), it appears that the workshop cannot take place, Maison Autrique will communicate this decision by email or phone. Any payments already received will, of course, be fully refunded to the account of the payer.
Material Damage
In case of damage to the materials provided to participants, they are responsible for replacing them. Please ensure you are covered by a civil liability insurance when participating in the workshop. Without coverage, you will be required to reimburse any costs caused by damage.
