Registrations
Your registration for an event is confirmed once the full payment for the desired tickets has been made. If the payment has not been received in Maison Autrique’s account, Maison Autrique reserves the right to request proof of payment before granting access to the event.
Registration for the event does not provide access to the exhibition. The attendee only has access to the areas reserved for the event.
Cancellation by Participant
Any cancellation must be reported to us immediately (by post or email).
Refund Policy

For cancellations made up to one month before the event: Maison Autrique reserves the right to retain 25% of the amount (administrative fees).

For cancellations made within 15 days before the event: no refund will be given unless we find another participant. In this case, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

Early departure from the event does not entitle you to any refund.
Material Damage
In case of damage to the materials provided to attendees, they are responsible for replacing them.
