Your event at the Autrique residence !

Dear visitor,

The former residence of the Autrique family can be visited from Wednesday through Sunday from 12h00 to 18h00. After the regular opening times, the premises can be rented (up to midnight at the latest) for your venue.

Rental cost : € 750,-

You can choose between three formulas :

seated dinner (30 participants at the most)
walking dinner (50 participants at the most)
reception (maximum 80 participants)

The rental cost is for the formula of your choice, including compulsory insurance, the rental of tables and chairs and a guided tour of the premises (whereby the number of guides will be in relation to the number of participants), as well as the presence of a staff member of the Autrique museum during the entire event.

The rental cost, however, excludes the cost of the catering.

The catering at the Autrique museum usually comes from traiteur Be Healthy, contact Virginie Capiaux. You are, however, more than welcome to use the services of your own caterer, provided he/she respects the historic settings of the premises and the kitchenware at his/her disposal at the museum and provided your caterer checks out the working conditions prior to the event. The caterer will have to clean up all the rooms before leaving.

The rental will become effective as from the moment the appropriate agreement was signed by the Autrique residence and the "renter". An invoice for the full amount will be sent to the "renter" after the event.
